Adult Winter Erg Class 2

 Goal: To increase aerobic capacity, strength, flexibility and 2K race prep over the course of this indoor training session:

Aerobic Capacity- Time and distance based erg workouts

Strength- Weight circuits and anaerobic specific workouts on the ergs 

Flexibility- Tuesday morning yoga included. Will increase mobility to allow for better rowing form

Includes specific preparation for Feb 9th Center City Slam erg race.

January 2nd to February 9th Center City Slam Erg race: Open sessions: Monday 6:00AM-7:00AM and Wednesday 6:00AM-7:00AM; Tuesday and Thursday 6:30PM-7:30PM; Saturday 6:30AM – 8:00AM, plus Tuesday morning Yoga 6AM
